Committee Mission
- Mentor to seek out members for future committee chair, board of directors, and officer positions
- Support and be a resource for the board of directors
- Support members who wish to apply for the Academy of Emergency Nursing
- Facilitate education for leadership development
- Explore mentorship program for emerging nurse professionals
- Assist and guide the president-elect on the ENA state achievement award
