Platinum, Gold, and Silver sponsorships are paid once annually.
Bronze and Diamond sponsorships = Single meeting vendor table fee; per diem rate. (Can be requested and paid repeatedly during the calendar year.)
Pearl sponsorships are on a case-by-case basis for current ENA members.
*Vendor(s) may choose 1 additional meeting to attend this calendar year. (Two meetings total; Educational Conference + 1.)
**Vendor(s) may choose 2 additional meetings to attend this calendar year. (Three meetings total; Educational Conference +2.)
Vendor table fee includes rectangular table with basic tablecloth, power if requested, and meals for 1-2 persons. (Surrounding floor space limited and based on meeting venue. Vendors may set up the morning of the scheduled meeting.)
